Henri Jara is an emerging fashion professional and entrepreneur based in London, best known as the founder of MSDK, a plant-based vegan leather and fur fashion brand rooted in sustainability and innovation. Henri brings experience from the high-street fashion sector, where she worked across trend-driven product development, buying, and styling processes to deliver commercially successful products to a fashion-forward audience. This blend of creative awareness and commercial insight informs her entrepreneurial approach. Through MSDK, Henri channels her commitment to environmental responsibility and contemporary design, representing a new generation of fashion leaders who merge business with future-focused design. 

Director of Photography 

Christine De Oliveira is a passionate Fashion & Portrait photographer, started her journey a decade ago as a hobbyist. In September 2022, she attended her first London Fashion Week seeking self-discovery. It was there her love for photography truly ignited. The music and the models in their regal attire on the runway transported her to a magical world, making her feel alive and reborn. This unforgettable experience marked the beginning of a journey filled with love, passion, and creativity. 

Editor of Conscious Living 

Wendy Turner Webster is a UK TV Presenter & Producer, best known for the TV shows Pet Rescue, Absolutely Animals, Your Kids are in Charge, Crafty Beggars and Brits Rescue Romanian Dogs. She has had a vegan lifestyle for the past 30 years and a Patron of several national and international animal welfare charities. 

She is candid about her lifelong battle with clinical depression as well as her experiences of domestic violence and has done a significant number of media to raise awareness of both subjects. 

She has recently launched the fourth book in the Underneath the Underground series created alongside her sister, Anthea Turner.... more magic and mayhem from the royal family and the mice who live on the London Tube network! Wendy is currently filming with mice and monkeys for a television documentary, airing on Amazon next spring.

Fashion Editor 

João Souza is a multidisciplinary fashion editor, designer, creative director, and model. He is the founder of SUNBALANCI, a brand rooted in transformation, sustainability, and identity. His work explores the intersection between recycled materials and raw human emotion, turning discarded elements into wearable narratives that disrupt conventional fashion. 

Before entering fashion, João worked in various roles and environments that shaped his views on value, labour, and resilience. These experiences inform his creative voice, grounding his work in real-life tension, survival, and reinvention instead of illusion. 

Working behind and in front of the camera, João uses modelling as an extension of his creative direction. He embodies the concepts, characters, and emotions that underpin his work. With a vision shaped by resilience and self-transformation, he approaches fashion as both a personal and collective language, reflecting evolution, identity, and expression. 

His aesthetic moves between theatrical intensity and controlled minimalism, creating a visual world where each piece belongs to a broader narrative. As a fashion editor, he applies this lens to storytelling, curating imagery and concepts that reveal meaning and emotion, going beyond surface aesthetics. Through SUNBALANCI and editorial work, João challenges norms and redefines value, creating space where fashion is a tool for awareness, identity, and transformation. 

Contemporary Art Editor 

Pandora Mather Lees is an Art Historian, FRSA and Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Arts Scholars, She brings over 25 years of leadership across the international art and cultural sectors having been at the forefront of art publishing, licensing, digital platforms and collections management, building relationships with museums, galleries, collectors and auction houses worldwide. As Managing Director of Bridgeman Images and Bridgeman Education, she helped expand access to some of the world's most important art collections across publishing, education and digital media markets. 

Later, as Vice President of Global Sales at Artnet, she worked closely with leading galleries and auction houses across London, Paris and New York. A first class graduate in History of Art from The University of Manchester and holder of an MSt from Keble College, Oxford, Pandora is also a founding member of the Art Due Diligence Group. She is the creator of The Practical Care of On Board Art Collections, an accredited superyacht art conservation programme and consultancy delivered to superyacht captains and crew on board large yachts and throughout the maritime industry.Pandora is Luxury Director of the association IORMA which focuses on technology and the future of consumer commerce.

Mary Pogwizd is a journalist, international project collaborator, and communications professional working at the intersection of culture, global events, and humanitarian initiatives. Her work focuses on storytelling that connects institutions, communities, and audiences across borders. 

Film & Entertainment Editor 

Aysen Sedat Djemal is a multifaceted actress, model, presenter, and creative industry professional whose career spans television, film, fashion, and education. Having been immersed in the arts from a young age, she has built an impressive international profile across multiple creative disciplines.Trained as an actress at the prestigious Sylvia Young Theatre School and The Central School of Speech and Drama, Aysen studied alongside several future stars, including the late Amy Winehouse.

Alongside her performance career, she is also a qualified Drama teacher, reflecting her commitment to nurturing the next generation of talent.Her journey in the entertainment industry began in childhood, with appearances in EastEnders and major advertising campaigns, including Pepsi commercials. She later expanded into modelling and television presenting, hosting programmes for a national television channel broadcasting across Türkiye, Northern Cyprus, and Europe to an international audience. 

Aysen has become a familiar face on the global fashion circuit, hosting events during London, Paris, Milan, New York, Tokyo, Dubai, and Istanbul Fashion Weeks each September and February season. She has also served as a host at major Turkish Cypriot cultural festivals, engaging audiences of more than 20,000 attendees.Most recently, Aysen has secured exciting opportunities within both the UK and US film industries, while also appearing in three Turkish television series filmed in Türkiye. Beyond her work in front of the camera, she is the Co-CEO of The Turkish Fashion and Arts Festival Worldwide and serves on the Turkish Fashion Council in the UK, continuing to champion Turkish culture, fashion, and the arts on an international stage.

Steve Knight is a multi-award-winning portrait and fashion photographer based in Yeovil, Somerset renowned for his ability to weave style, character, and narrative into high-impact visual work. 

With a reputation built on images that are as refined as they are emotionally resonant, Steve's portfolio spans a diverse range of high-end fashion editorials and creative projects. 

His signature approach merges technical precision with an intuitive mastery of light, mood, and movement. Whether capturing the silhouette of a new collection or the raw essence of a subject, Steve looks beyond the surface to reveal the true identity within the frame.  

Beyond the still image, his creative vision extends to motion; Steve has served as a cameraman and storyboard artist for music videos and short films, bringing his cinematic eye to every project. Driven by a relentless commitment to storytelling, Steve Knight continues to define the intersection of fashion and fine art photography.

Kei Hanna is a high-fashion model and editorial stylist from the Caribbean, weaves bold colour, sculptural silhouettes, and nuanced texture into a signature aesthetic that feels both opulent and effortlessly current. At Mint Magazine, she shapes fashion narratives with a cosmopolitan point of view that speaks to a new generation of luxury.

Bella Ma'ae is a current student at The University of Brighton earning her master's degree in creative writing, having earned her English Literature and Professional Creative Writing at The University of Roehampton in London. Having worked for a prominent indie clothing brand while living in the UK, Bella has always had an interest in inclusive and sustainable fashion. When she's not working or in the classroom, you can find her on the beaches of Brighton, writing down her next novel idea.
